Shipping times vary by destination: it typically takes 7-15 business days to ship to North America, Europe, Asia, and Australia, and 15-20 business days to South America and Africa.

Processing Time 

Each product on SexyMaker has an estimated processing time. We will process your order as soon as possible. 

  • Products in stock will be processed within 5 business days. 
  • Products of order made will be processed within 8 business days. 
  • Customized products will be processed in about 10-15 business days. It depends on the customized requirements. We will confirm the specific time with you via e-mail.

    Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive?

    Most of our orders are processed within 5 business days. Weekend orders and/or orders that have custom or temporarily out-of-stock items may be slightly delayed.
    Our standard shipping takes 7-15 business days worldwide. Your full delivery timeframe includes both processing time and the time your item is in transit.

      Q: How Can I Track My Shipment?

      After delivery, you will receive an email from our website, which contains order and logistics information. You can check the status of your shipment by visiting your order page or the logistics provider's website.
      Please note that tracking availability varies depending on the carrier. It may take about 5-7 days for the carrier to scan your order into their tracking system, so your tracking number may not show updates immediately.

      Q: How Will My Packages Arrive?

      All our orders are shipped discretely for your privacy. Your packages will arrive in a plain brown box with a black bag on the outside of the boxes.

      No one looking at your parcel will be able to figure out what's inside. The joy of your new purchase(s) should be for you and your partner only.

      Q: What If I Never Received My Order?

      Occasionally packages may become lost in transit, delivered to an incorrect address, arrive in separate packages or be left in a different location at your home.
